Here a couple more shots from The Young Physique Annual Magazine 1962. These series of magazines, The Young Physique, Physique Pictorial, Muscle Boy, Mr. Groovy, etc. are becoming very collectable all of a sudden. Porn as we know it, is really only about 40 years old and had always been thought of as disposable. Besides being a bit embarrassing when the family comes to visit, people get tired of their porn and recycle it. The hobby of collecting porn is a relatively new concept and unlike collecting other more mass produced items (like records or glassware) I predict that vintage gay porn will only increase in value because it was a limited market to begin with.

When I first started buying vintage gay porn magazines from eBay, they were selling for only a dollar or two. In just the last year or two, I’ve seen prices really skyrocket. There are vintage porn magazines now selling for hundreds of dollars. It’s not unusual see see starting bids at $25.
