There were a lot of cheap Spanish-style apartment building put up in Southern California in the late 60’s and early 70’s. Most of those old cracker boxes either got major upgrades in the late 80’s and early 90’s or else they look pretty ugly these days. No one wants to live in them. The gay aesthetic either trends toward Art Deco, Victorian or ultra modern. True 70’s style is really frowned upon as out of date.
“Sexy New Neighbor” takes place in one of those ugly stucco monstrosities with open stairways and wooden railings. The movie begins with a cute guy (smoking a cigarette, of course) wandering down the dark hallway and spots a cute neighbor up on the next floor. The new guy is in a super tight white tshirt and super tight white Levi’s. He’s got dark curly hair that is slicked down like he’s on his way to an audition for Grease or Happy Days. (Hmm. Struggling actor resorts to working in porn in 1970’s LA while the biggest hits on Broadway and TV take place in the 50’s? Oddly enough, it’s very plausible.)
The instigator of this menage-to-be motions to him to come down and they walk over to an apartment to be greeted by a comely young lad wearing nothing but a red mesh bikini. (I certainly walk around my house everyday like that, don’t you?) The host offers to open a bottle of wine, but first guy pushes it away, choosing to paw his taut chest and abs instead. He encourages the new neighbor to join in the foreplay to the delight of the host. They soon move the scene to the bedroom.
In the period decor bedroom, the three engage in a lot of oral sex, timidly at first, but the horny lads warm up quickly. The climax comes when the new neighbor gets the pleasure of butt fucking the willing host while the instigator of it all slobbers cum in the face of the hostess with the mostest.
